Desserts: Chocolate

Preparation Time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Serves: Makes 30-35 pieces.

Ingredients:
1 tin milkmaid (condensed milk)
2 table spoon white unsalted butter.
0.5 cup cocoa powder
0.75 cup roasted cashew (broken pieces)
0.75 cup sugar


Method:

1. Take a heavy bottomed vessel. Add all the ingredients and start the stove on full.
2. Once the mixture starts to boil, reduce the flame to medium.
3. Start the timer clock to 13 mins.
4. Once the time is up, pour the mixture in a buttered plate. Allow to cool down and cut to pieces.

If you like chocolate little sticky like eclairs, cook of 11-12 mins only. If you like it really hard and crisp, cook for 14 mins.
